How HeyScholr plans your week

What a teaching day looks like, and what happens when a day is missed.

Updated

Each teaching day has up to four subject lessons, 35 minutes each by default, with breaks between them. You can change the minutes per subject, and you decide which lessons you teach and which your child does alone in Kids' mode.

Where lessons come from

Every lesson starts from your region's published curriculum for your child's grade. The curriculum page links to the official source for each region.

When a lesson is written

A day's lessons are written when you open that day, which usually takes about a minute. That is why the timetable shows the topics for the week, and the lesson itself appears once you open it.

If you miss a day

Unfinished lessons from a missed day move forward automatically. You can also move a lesson yourself: see Move a lesson to another day.
