How to download a copy of your data first, and how to delete everything.

Get a copy first
On Account, under Your data, choose Download my data (JSON) to save everything on your account as a single file. The Progress page also has plain-language summaries and the portfolio PDF.
Delete
At the bottom of Account, choose Delete account and all data, tell us why you are leaving if you would like to, and choose Delete everything.
This permanently deletes your account and every child, lesson and record under it. It cannot be undone. If you would like a copy of your data first and cannot download it, email privacy@heyscholr.com before deleting.
